Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using PT AI Radium's services, networks, and technology systems. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP is designed to ensure a secure, reliable, and legal environment for all our users.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using AI Radium services for:
Illegal Acts
- Hacking, fraud, or malware distribution.
- Violation of local or international laws.
- Infringement of intellectual property rights.
System Abuse
- DDoS attacks or high-load automation bots.
- Unauthorized access to internal systems.
- Attempting to bypass security filters.
3. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload, generate, or transmit content that is:
- Discriminating based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
- Promoting violence, hate speech, or harassment.
- Explicitly sexual or pornographic in nature.
- False, misleading, or defamatory.
4. User Responsibilities
Account holders are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- All activities that occur under their account.
- Reporting any suspected security breaches to
support@airadium.com.
5. Enforcement
PT AI Radium reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any user who violates this AUP. We may also report illegal activities to the relevant authorities as required by Indonesian law. Violation of this AUP may also lead to immediate termination of all active contracts without refund.
