Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AI Radium website or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Products and Services

PT AI Radium provides software products and technology services, including but not limited to:

• SaaS Software Products (cloud-based business management systems).
• Technology Consulting and Digital Transformation.
• Custom Software Development.
• Support and Maintenance Services.

3. Fees and Payment

Payment terms for projects are specified in the relevant proposals. For SaaS subscriptions, billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis. Late payments may result in service suspension and a late fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, code, and software developed by PT AI Radium remain the exclusive property of the company. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final work product for their internal business operations.

5. User Obligations

Users agree not to:

• Use the products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from our software.
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third-party access.
• Provide inaccurate or misleading information during registration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT AI Radium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, and if failing that, through the courts in Indonesia.
